Introduction to ‘Thank You Darling! You Look Marvellous, Too’

‘Thank You Darling! You Look Marvellous, Too’ is part of my series, ‘In the Pink’. I’ve teamed it as a response to, ‘Fuchsia and Coral Totally Suit You!’. The series is the result bit of silliness and lightheartedness combined to fill the six pink frames I discovered from a rummage through some boxes left over from my closed business.

Multiple layers of Inktense were applied to build depth of colour. Pigment pen adds dynamic interplay, and a bit of sparkle from metallic leaf adds a bit of whimsy.

Imbuing my work with a depth and authenticity that resonate deeply with you, is my desire, along with conveying my message of hope, strength, and the transformative power of perseverance.
