This painting is from a recent challenge I gave myself to create a painting every weekday for a month and post the time-lapse videos of making them on Beverly Claridge, Artist on Facebook and on Beverly.Claridge.Artist on Instagram.  As a contemplative artist who normally takes several weeks, I enjoyed the immediacy of the time boundary. It helped me loosen up.
