Moving On still sings with Dulux NZ 2026 Colour forecast
This week I started to prime the frames for the Hurly Burly collection — the energetic works heading into black frames. After some breezy weather last week, we welcomed the beautiful crisp days for our Doubtful Sound overnight cruise to celebrate 25 years of wedded bliss for Bill and me. Studio Flow
Certainly, variable patches of calm sun, interspersed with autumnal breeze is feeling only slightly challenging for getting back into the studio flow. Last night, a few drops of rain kissed the primed frames as they dried overnight. They’re ready to sand, and re-coat with more primer today. Tomorrow, the top coat. Fingers-crossed.
These small, steady steps forward–framing, priming, then topcoating–remind me how much I love this creative rhythm. Plus, I’m looking forward to getting back to the easel…all going well…next week!
