New art direction-Part 1-the start of a new work!

After closing my brick and mortar business, and getting through the pandemic by making Charles Bargue videos for four months, I discovered this was not something I wanted to pursue. Thus, I continued exploring more possible pursuits, as shown in this post.

This episode is the start of a journey revealing thoughts and processes as I create two graphite studies from a photograph of my husband.

I’m Beverly Claridge. I’ve been practicing art for well over 30 years and have experienced taking a new direction several times.
